Role Mission

You’re a seasoned leader—comfortable both on the field and in planning mode—able to oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously while staying focused on quality, timelines, and innovation.
As General Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in execution performance, team mobilization, and the modernization of our work methods.

Key Responsibilities

Build a world-class team

  • Mentor, inspire, and structure a team of superintendents, forepersons, and site personnel

  • Set high standards for performance, safety, and collaboration

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and pride in quality work

Ensure compliance with project timelines across all sites

  • Closely track progress on each site and act quickly when deviations occur

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless transitions between planning and execution

Develop our network of supplier partners

  • Identify and maintain strategic relationships with key partners for specialized services

  • Work with internal teams to build a strong, responsive, and competitive network

  • Contribute to long-term value creation through smart partner selection

Integrate special digitalization and automation projects with your teams

  • Participate in the implementation of digital tools (e.g., site tracking software, non-compliance management, digital reporting)

  • Train and engage teams to ensure effective adoption of new practices

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes through technology

Job requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in site management, including at least 3 years as a General Superintendent or in an equivalent leadership role

  • Strong leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on experience integrating technological solutions into construction site operations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strategic approach to building partnerships
