Your mission: define and lead a high-impact content strategy that positions A+ as an industry leader. With your expertise in storytelling, content marketing, and performance analysis, you’ll play a key role in generating qualified traffic and leads across all our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Editorial Strategy
Define the editorial direction aligned with our brand identity, target personas, and business goals (awareness, credibility, lead generation).
Build and manage a multichannel editorial calendar (website, blog, social media, newsletters, white papers, etc.).
Content Creation & Distribution
Write original, digital-optimized content (articles, case studies, testimonials, guides, video scripts, commercial brochures, white papers, etc.).
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and stakeholders to develop visual and interactive content.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Apply best SEO and GEO practices to increase visibility in search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT.
Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and adjust tactics as needed.
Contribute to UX optimization (landing pages, customer journey, CTAs, etc.).
Social Media & Strategic Intelligence
Assist in planning and writing social media content in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
Monitor trends in commercial real estate and interior design, as well as competitor content, to fuel editorial innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and project management teams to produce high-value content.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of our industry (space design and construction) and the Quebec real estate market.
Job requirements
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and French: Ability to create content for a bilingual audience.
Exceptional writing skills with a strategic sense of messaging.
Ability to engage and convert through content (inbound, outbound, ABM).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in inbound marketing, including content funnels, lead acquisition, and campaign execution.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Craft.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics and others).
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital trends.
Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on data insights.
Interest in and proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
