A+ Immobilier develops and operates sustainable rental communities designed with a focus on quality and tenant experience. The portfolio includes nearly 390 residential and commercial units across 19 properties in the Greater Montreal area.

Role Mission

Your mission will be to lead the team and oversee the operations of A+ Immobilier’s multi-residential and commercial real estate portfolio, maximize leasing performance, and ensure the long-term quality and value of its assets. The portfolio includes nearly 390 residential and commercial units across 19 properties in the Greater Montreal area.

You will take the lead of a growing function with the mandate to define its strategy, build a high-performing management model, and evolve the team, practices, and tools to optimize operations and support the portfolio’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the property management strategy to maximize the performance, value, and growth of the portfolio. 

• Maximize leasing performance by optimizing occupancy, rental revenues, pricing, and leasing and renewal strategies. 

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing property management team, with clear roles, accountabilities, and ways of working. 

• Structure and modernize the property management function by optimizing processes and performance metrics and implementing an integrated property management platform. 

• Ensure the quality and effective management of the assets, in collaboration with the maintenance and renovation team, while overseeing the tenant experience and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. 

• 7 to 10 years of experience in property management and leasing within a multi-property environment, ideally across both residential and commercial assets.  

• Proven experience optimizing leasing performance and reducing vacancy rates.  

• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.  

• Demonstrated ability to structure a function, implement processes, and establish clear accountability in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment.  

• Experience with property management platforms such as Yardi or HOPEM; system implementation or migration experience is a strong asset.  

• Strong knowledge of the Quebec regulatory framework applicable to property management.  

• Engaging leadership style, strong business acumen, results-driven mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
