Mission

As a Designer, your mission is to be involved in every stage of the process, from feasibility studies to the development of technical plans, working closely with internal teams, clients, and partners. With your technical and creative expertise, you will create plans that meet client requirements, enabling them to make informed decisions about their projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop blocking plans, concepts, preliminary, and final plans according to the agreed timelines.
• Design concepts in accordance with the budget frameworks set by project teams and clients.
• Recommend materials, furniture, equipment, and lighting solutions that align with allocated budgets.
• Design projects and related documents following our conceptual standards while ensuring compliance with current codes and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of technological tools related to the role.

Profile 

• 5 years of experience as a designer within a multidisciplinary team in the construction, real estate, and/or commercial architecture and design industries.
• Experience in coordinating various trades within integrated design projects.
• Experience in concept creation and 3D modeling of commercial, institutional, and office spaces using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Experience or strong interest in WELL, LEED standards, and biophilic design.
• Previous work experience in environments aligned with A+’s conceptual style.
• Proven ability to develop concepts while respecting established budget constraints.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
