We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee sold projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, profitability, and exceptional client experience.

THE ROLE’S MISSION
As part of our project management team, your mission will be to oversee the complete management of sold projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and profitability. You’ll secure critical phases, anticipate challenges through proactive management, and maintain transparent and structured communication to deliver an unparalleled client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% adherence to the sold project parameters: timelines, budget, and profitability throughout the project.

  • Secure the project within the first three weeks:

    • Oversee tender processes, analyze bids, and award contracts;

    • Manage the production and approval of shop drawings.

  • Efficiently handle changes: process change orders, including budget estimates, within 48 hours.

  • Anticipate challenges through proactive management: update dashboards weekly in Procore to identify and resolve potential issues.

  • Maintain transparent and proactive client communication: manage expectations with clear and structured weekly updates (change orders, budget, timeline).

  • Ensure consistent vision and continuity throughout the project.

Job requirements

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field;

  • 6-9 years of experience in the field;

  • Experience in design-build and design management (a strong asset);

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French and English;

  • Strong knowledge of construction codes and health and safety regulations.
