Role Mission

Ensure the leasing performance of the real estate portfolio by maximizing occupancy rates, reducing vacancy periods, and delivering a distinctive property tour experience supported by creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Achieve and maintain high occupancy rates while optimizing leasing timelines.

  • Effectively convert property tours into signed leases through a structured and memorable tenant experience.

  • Generate a steady flow of qualified prospects in collaboration with shared marketing services.

What Success Looks Like

After 6 months
You have a strong understanding of each property’s positioning and contribute to meeting occupancy and tour-to-lease conversion targets. You deliver a distinctive tour experience and, in collaboration with marketing, have implemented creative initiatives tailored to the Montréal market.

After 12 months
You maintain a sustained pace of lease signings and consistently reduce vacancy periods. You are recognized as an internal reference in leasing marketing and contribute to a constant pipeline of qualified prospects.

Job requirements

  • Proven success in residential and commercial real estate leasing.

  • Experience in creating marketing content to support leasing.

  • Bilingual in English and French.
