Here, you never carry a project alone: from pre-construction all the way to delivery, you move forward shoulder to shoulder with every area of expertise, always working toward the same goal. Together, we deliver projects faster, with less friction and more value.

Role Mission

As an Accounts Payable Technician, your mission will be to manage the company’s complete payables cycle, enabling the finance department to deliver flawless month-end closings - on time and without compromise.

You will be an essential part of the team: in the short term, your role will focus on the accurate entry and tracking of invoices. In the medium term, you will become a key player in the implementation of our upcoming AI system, which will automate invoice processing. Your involvement and ability to actively contribute to this project will make all the difference in the success of this digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process administrative and project-related invoices, as well as credit card reconciliations, before the 10th of the following month.

  • Ensure validations, follow-ups, and proper documentation to maintain subcontractor compliance.

  • Manage the administrative email inbox on a daily basis, ensuring timely and precise responses and follow-ups.

  • Perform analyses related to project and expense accounts payable.

  • Actively contribute to the department’s digital transformation by supporting the implementation of AI for automated invoice processing.

Job requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 environments.

  • Previous participation in a company project—such as the implementation of an accounting system (an asset).

  • Relevant accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable.

  • Bilingual: advanced French and conversational English.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing SME environment.

  • Experience in customer service.

Why join us?

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Minimum of 4 weeks of vacation, plus personal and sick days.

  • Hybrid work model and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

  • Group insurance programs, telemedicine, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Group RRSP with employer contribution of up to 3% to help build your future.

  • Annual $750 allowance for wellness and home office equipment.

  • Individual development plan.

  • Gifts for service milestones and your birthday.

  • Referral program offering up to $8,000 for successfully referred hires.

  • Parking, on-site gym, yoga classes, and a terrace. A vibrant social life!

By joining A+, you become part of a unique collective journey where every individual and every idea helps shape exceptional projects and move the industry forward.
