Role Mission

As a Construction Project Management Intern, you will support the project management team in the execution of a variety of projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Your role will involve monitoring ongoing project phases while providing essential technical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Analysis:

  • Contribute to the call for tenders and the comparative analysis of received bids;

  • Verify compliance of proposals with technical specifications and project requirements;

  • Make recommendations based on cost, timeline, and quality criteria.

Schedule Monitoring:

  • Assist in planning the different phases of the project in collaboration with stakeholders;

  • Update schedules and identify potential risks or delays;

  • Ensure rigorous tracking of deliverables.

Site Monitoring:

  • Conduct regular site visits to document progress;

  • Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and consultants;

  • Draft progress reports and follow up on non-conformities or outstanding issues.

Job requirements

Profile

  • Final-year undergraduate student in Construction Engineering or a related field;

  • Strong interest in project management and the real estate industry;

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills;

  • Proficient with office software (Office Suite, MS Project, Procore – an asset);

  • Knowledge of construction standards and site processes (an asset).
