Intern, Video Production & Motion Design

Role Mission :

Under the supervision of the marketing team, the intern may be involved in both live video capture and editing, as well as motion design content creation for our various digital channels. As part of our marketing content development, this person will collaborate on video production to help us create professional, engaging visual content adapted to digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shoot planning: preparing shot lists, location scouting, technical requirements;

• Film short videos in our offices, at completed projects, during events, or at certain job sites;

• Edit short videos for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), the website, and advertising campaigns;

• Create graphic overlays: titles, subtitles, transitions, icons, and typographic animations;

• Produce motion design content from texts, images, renderings, plans, statistics or brand elements;

• Contribue in creating explainer videos, testimonials, case studies, employer branding content and awareness content;

• Propose creative ideas to improve the quality, pace and impact of video content.

• Student in their final semester of a DEC or bachelor's degree in a creative field such as graphic design, video editing, content creation, visual communication, or any other program where you produce, design and deliver;

• Expert in video editing;

• Solid foundations in motion design or graphic animation;

• Ability to film with a camera, professional smartphone or light equipment;

• Good eye for framing, pacing, lighting and storytelling;

• Good understanding of short-form content for social media;

• Familiarity with one of the following tools: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects or Photoshop and/or Illustrator;

• Knowledge of Canva and CapCut tools;

• A creative, independent and meticulous person who enjoys both storytelling and producing concrete content.
