MISSION
As a Business Development Partner, your mission will be to cultivate and activate relationships by leveraging our integrated approach and driving mindset changes within the industry. This key role will place you at the forefront of converting stakeholders to a collaborative, integrated method. You will also lead the business development strategy within the sales and design department.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of influencers and direct clients to create your own "target list" (using tools such as LinkedIn, CoStar, Buzz, etc.).

  • Act as the primary driver of client demand and meet the annual target for qualified opportunities.

  • Engage with influencers to make them A+ brand ambassadors, generating 3–5 leads annually.

  • Deliver a business development experience based on the "level five selling" model, creating value through lasting, trust-based relationships.

  • Collaborate with design managers to convert qualified opportunities into finalized sales.

Job requirements

PROFILE

  • Experience working in a disruptive environment aiming to transform an evolving industry.

  • Established high-quality network and connections in commercial and industrial real estate (brokerage, architecture, project management).

  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and energized by working in a company prioritizing digital transformation.

  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex transactions, with the ability to influence relationships using an innovative approach.

  • Fully bilingual: French and English.
