A+ is looking for a Residential Property Manager responsible for tenant relations and the optimization of occupancy and budgets to ensure strong performance.

Position Mission
The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing the performance and operational efficiency of our residential real estate portfolio.
At the intersection of leasing, budgeting, and administrative management, the person in this role plays a key part in optimizing building occupancy, ensuring sound financial oversight, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal occupancy management of buildings, including:

    • Lease tracking and renewals.

    • Space planning and layout needs.

  • Manage operating and project budgets for each building:

    • Monitor and optimize annual operating budgets.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution (maintenance, renovations, etc.).

  • Maintain rigorous oversight of accounts receivable:

    • Supervise monthly invoicing and payment collections.

    • Maintain effective and professional communication with tenants in cases of delays or issues.

Job requirements

  • Significant experience in residential property management

  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills

  • Sharp organizational sense, administrative rigor, and autonomy

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment
