Foreman Interior Systems

We are currently looking for an interior systems foreman to supervise our commercial construction projects around the greater Montreal region. 

Performance expectations :

• Supervise and coordinate interior systems installation teams on site

• Plan, organise and monitor the progress of works (walls, partitions, ceilings, etc.)

• Ensure the quality of workmanship, including the erection of steel structures, the installation of plasterboard and the fitting of suspended ceilings

• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure work complies with requirements

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety regulations and quality standards

• Supervise workers, allocate tasks and ensure effective communication on site

• Manage the materials, tools and equipment required to carry out the work
  

• Possess the necessary trades cards for Interior Systems Installation

• Experience in the field of renovation and / or residential and commercial construction

• Being resourceful and thorough

• Attention to detail

• Strong understanding and respect for SST regulations et construction norms

• Possession of your own basic tools

• Possession of a valid drivers license (an asset)

• Possession of a first aid certificate (an asset)

• You are agile, forward-thinking, honest and you have an excellent ability to adapt

• Quality is a must for you and you have a great attention to detail
