ROLE MISSION
As a Team Lead – Procurement & Logistics, you will play a key role in the success of our projects by ensuring that our job sites have the right tools and equipment, at the right time and in the right place. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, guaranteeing outstanding service to our internal clients, and maintaining accurate inventory and system management.
Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless procurement execution: coordinate the reception, preparation, and delivery of materials and tools to job sites within established timelines.
Provide quality service: act as a reference point and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Maintain data accuracy: contribute to the implementation and ensure the continuous update and reliability of information in our inventory management systems.
Optimize inventory management: monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and implement effective replenishment strategies.
Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and tools.
Build a world-class team: engage, motivate, and inspire a small team composed of a driver, mechanic, and warehouse clerk.
Job requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and procurement.
Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and vehicles used in the construction industry.
Proven ability in team leadership and talent engagement.
Strong organizational skills and planning ability.
Strong client orientation and talent for resolving unforeseen issues quickly.
Comfortable with technology.
Education in procurement and/or logistics.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in the construction industry (an asset).
