ROLE MISSION

Within our Serviceco division, the Warehouse Manager will work closely with superintendents to meet their needs while ensuring optimal efficiency. As the orchestrator of our Laval warehouse, you will oversee the management of equipment, fleet, tools, logistics, maintenance, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supply of tools, equipment, and vehicles.

  • Oversee inventory of spare parts, consumables, and accessories.

  • Track equipment and tools (check-in, check-out, and location).

  • Optimize warehouse storage space usage.

  • Analyze equipment management costs.

  • Monitor maintenance and inspection of vehicles and equipment.

  • Handle vehicle and equipment insurance.

  • Respond to on-site emergencies, breakdowns, and equipment damage.

  • Organize and deliver specialized equipment training for superintendents.

  • Perform seasonal site maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, and other tasks).

  • Manage waste disposal.

  • Contribute to implementing a digital operations system and ensure its upkeep.

Job requirements

Skills:

  • Ten (10) years of experience in warehouse management.

  • Experience in the construction sector or a similar industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, safety standards, and vehicle and lifting equipment maintenance.

  • Experience in cost analysis, budget management, and procurement.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with various teams (superintendents, mechanics, suppliers) and train staff on equipment.

  • Capable of managing emergency situations.

  • Proficient with technology and data management systems.
